We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored. Unfortunately, due to many situations where the policies were not respected, leaving too many open days without time to fill in the openings, the policies are now strictly adhered to, without exception.
72 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 72 hours advance notice the deposit will be forfeited or 20% of the service charged. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment or will be charged to the card on file.
If you are SICK, this will be the one exception to the policy. PLEASE stay home & reschedule your session if you feel ill, this is for your safety, the other clients & the esthetician. Thank you.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment. Any cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time will be considered no shows.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
